Delivery Information

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take longer.

Shipping Options & Costs:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days ($5.99 or free on orders over $100)
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days ($12.99)
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day ($24.99) – order by 12 PM EST

International Shipping:
Available to select countries with:

  • Delivery times: 5-14 business days
  • Customs/duties (customer’s responsibility)
  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout

Order Tracking:
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Track your order here.

Failed Deliveries:

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries may incur a reshipping fee.
  • Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of ordering via Order Support.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:

  • 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items with tags.
  • Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned.

How to Return:

  1. Request a return via our Returns Portal.
  2. Pack items securely in original packaging.
  3. Attach the prepaid return label (if eligible).
  4. Drop off at a carrier location.

Refunds:

  • Processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
For size/color exchanges:

  1. Return the original item.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged/Defective Items:
Contact us within 48 hours via our Support Form for assistance.
