Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take longer.
Shipping Options & Costs:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days ($5.99 or free on orders over $100)
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days ($12.99)
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day ($24.99) – order by 12 PM EST
International Shipping:
Available to select countries with:
- Delivery times: 5-14 business days
- Customs/duties (customer’s responsibility)
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout
Order Tracking:
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Track your order here.
Failed Deliveries:
- Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries may incur a reshipping fee.
- Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of ordering via Order Support.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy:
- 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items with tags.
- Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned.
How to Return:
- Request a return via our Returns Portal.
- Pack items securely in original packaging.
- Attach the prepaid return label (if eligible).
- Drop off at a carrier location.
Refunds:
- Processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
For size/color exchanges:
- Return the original item.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged/Defective Items:
